Are you a club leader or exec for any student run organization or team? Are you regularly thinking about how to improve things within your club? Once a month, ILead hosts a Club Leaders Roundtable that brings together a community of leaders for guided sharing of ideas, insights, strategies, and learning among each other. A great opportunity to network with other club leaders and dig into common issues that student organizations encounter. Whether it be leadership transitions, recruitment and engagement, club culture, motivating others, etc.- the Roundtable is a great resource to share and learn from your peers and ILead. Topic: Accountability Systems

Has a timeline ever seriously slipped in your club? Do important tasks ever end up not getting done? Did no one talk about it until it was the absolute last minute?

Everybody who’s been involved in a club or team probably has a story involving something like this. Come to the July Roudtable to learn with and from other Club Leaders about accountability systems that will help prevent these issues from happening, and promote a happier and more productive organization! Join us for practical reflection, discussion, and planning!
