David Colcleugh, former CEO of Dupont Canada and Faculty Leadership Development Professor at ILead, will introduce two frameworks to support you in being high performing employees.

About David Colcleugh:

Dr. Colcleugh is a U of T graduate (BASc, MASc, PhD) in Chemical Engineering and did postdoctoral research at Cambridge University in Physical Chemistry. He is retired after a 39-year career in the global DuPont Company, with many varied roles in Canada, USA, and Asia. His first role after graduating was as a Research Engineer in the DuPont R&D organization. He had many managing and leading roles in manufacturing, marketing, R&D, and business teams. In addition, he has served as a consultant, advisor, and board member of more than a dozen for profit and not for profit organizations.  For the past seven years he has been teaching ILead’s course called Leadership and Leading in Groups and Organizations (APS1501H) and is the author of Everyone a Leader: A Guide to Leading High-performance Organizations for Engineers and Scientists.
