March is National Engineering Month (NEM). All eyes are now on engineers as leaders who develop ingenious solutions in the world of commerce, politics, technology, health, global justice and education.

In 2014, we celebrate engineers “making a world of difference.” So we ask you: how are you making a world of difference in your own life today? Where can you make your best contribution?

To celebrate NEM, ILead is hosting many events that will inspire you to make a world of difference. We hope you will join us.

  • On March 5, come listen to WWF-Canada CEO David Miller and learn how engineers can make a world of difference to non-profit or political organizations. Read more about the David Miller event.

We will also be sharing news stories and announcements on our website, Twitter and Facebook, including shining the spotlight on our research students Patricia Sheridan (MIE, BASc 0T9, MASc 1T1) and Lobna El-Gammal (ChemE 1T4). Stay tuned for updates!

It’s a good time to be an engineer!
