About this workshop

Do you know what your personal working style is? Do you know how that style interacts with others? In this Lab, we will work to define our working styles and understand how different types of leaders can co-exist in a team setting. This Lab will also focus on helping you feel more confident about exploring your work style in new academic, professional, and cultural settings so you can maximize your effectiveness, motivation, and collaboration with others.
