Time: 12:00 – 1:00 pm ET
Location: Online

In today’s world, without knowing the “who”, you will never have the opportunity to market your “what.” Join us to learn how to get strategic about fully enlisting your personal (friends and family), professional (coworkers), and strategic (mentors) contacts to identify opportunities and develop the critical relationships required to successfully build your ‘book’ of business.

To help find and further establish these critical personal, professional, and strategic contacts, we will focus on:

  • What is networking?
  • Why is networking important?
  • Who are your target contacts?
  • How to build your contact list with tools and techniques
  • Making first contact (cold calls and informational interviews)
  • Closing on opportunities
  • Managing the continuous growth and maintenance of your strategic network

Upon completion of the workshop, you will:

  • Understand how critical networking is to your long-term professional success
  • Acknowledge that establishing mutually beneficial relationships is key to identifying and seizing opportunities
  • Tools and techniques to build your strategic contact list
