Course registration is around the corner and it is time to start thinking about courses for next year! ILead offers numerous academic courses on leadership at both the undergraduate and graduate level. These courses are hands-on, experiential learning opportunities that count towards Complementary Studies (CS) electives and Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) electives.

Engineering Careers helps students become empowered and proactive in their career and life choices. Through storytelling and “storylistening”, and with the support of a game, a web application, discussion, peer encouragement and meetings with remarkable engineers, you gain clarity, confidence and a stronger voice.

The students who have taken Leadership and Leading in Groups and Organizations tell us they very much appreciated the discussion and learning they received which, they say, will make them better leaders of organizations. They all recognize the vast majority of all graduate engineers will work in for profit or not for profit business organizations. They are inspired to learn individual competencies can be learned that prepares them to do the, also learnable work, of leaders in the organization.
