In this outdoor, experiential program, you'll build your strengths as a communicator, relationship builder, teammate, and community member. This program is for students who hesitate to claim a "leadership identity," and for whom traditional leadership models may not always resonate.
The Troost ILead Winter Fellowship brings together graduating student leaders to support their transition into young alumni and provide tools for student group succession.
The Winter Fellows form a tight-knit community of leaders that support each other’s learning through workshops, discussions, speakers, hands-on work, and peer feedback.
Join a dedicated and passionate group of student leaders who’ll push each other to become even better at driving change in their clubs and teams.
For students in courses. Meet with one of our Teamwork Support Instructors to receive guidance on team conflict, interpersonal communication, project planning, goal setting, or any other pressing issue.
