The ILead Clubs Suite offers tailored leadership support services to help your club meet its goals.

We provide club-affiliated students with training and coaching in areas related to leadership development, team building, and organizational learning. Our offerings include workshops & events, customized club support, and specialized programming such as the ILead Fellowship Programs.

Our services can help you and your club:

Are you interested in taking up a new leadership role in the upcoming year? Join us for another Club Leaders Round Table event!

We will be talking about the "ins-and-outs" of taking up new leadership roles. Join the ILead team and fellow Skule™️ Club Leaders in an open round table discussion to talk about the best tips and tricks to successfully ease into new leadership positions in order to achieve your goals for the upcoming year. This is a great opportunity to network and gain insight from fellow Skule leaders in attendance.  

Dinner will be provided!

An ILead staff member will meet with you 1:1 to understand your goals and needs, and how these fit within your club context.

The support you receive will be tailored to your needs and the context of your club to:

Troost ILead Fellowships

Connect with a cohort of graduating student leaders to support your transition from campus and club life into young alumni!

Applications will open November 13, 2023

  • Winter Fellows will meet weekly (in person, St. George Campus) 
  • Participants can expect to spend 1-2 hours per week outside of sessions working on professional development readings/activities

What is it?

The Troost ILead Winter Fellowship is a 5-week program, aimed at graduating students who have been involved in executive leadership roles in Student Clubs/Design Teams to develop skills around executive transition and succession. Participants will be empowered to think and plan their final transitions from their student organizations and prepare for life after university.

What you'll learn

Participants will learn how to effectively transition their leadership roles, embrace mentorship roles, consider their roles as young alumni, and learn how to transition the skills and lessons learned in their student organization to their workplace and community. Participants will find connection, belonging and support as they navigate transition and leave with a greater understanding of how they can continue to contribute and receive leadership support post-graduation.

Join a tight-knit group of student club leaders who motivate each other to become even better at driving change.

Summer 2024 Program Dates - TBA

  • Summer Fellows typically meet weekly (in person, St. George Campus).
  • Participants can expect to spend 1-3 hours per week outside of sessions working on their Change Projects and session pre-work/ readings

What is it?

The Troost ILead Summer Fellowship brings together student leaders who are committed and driven to improve their club or organization, as well as themselves as leaders. Participants bring an existing idea or change project that they want to work towards for their organization. The Summer Fellows form a tight-knit group to push each other’s learning through workshops, discussions, speakers, hands-on work, and peer feedback.

What you'll learn

  1. Leadership Development: Personal Values, Leadership Behaviours, Inclusive Leadership, Deep Listening, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Leadership Development Theory
  2. Organizational Learning: Vision, EDI in Student Organizations, Organizational Change, Motivating Teams, Influencing Culture, Systems Thinking, Strategic Planning

Leadership Toolkit

What is it?

The CSuite Leadership Toolkit was developed with club leaders in mind to provide information and support on important leadership topics.

The toolkit is composed of a series of modules, which you can complete at your own pace in the order that best suits you. Topics include Transition & Succession, Mission & Vision, and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.

New modules will be added on an ongoing basis.
