Winter Fellowship

About

The Troost ILead Winter Fellowship brings together graduating student leaders to support their transition into young alumni and provide tools for student group succession.

The Winter Fellows form a tight-knit community of leaders that support each other’s learning through workshops, discussions, speakers, hands-on work, and peer feedback.

Who Is The Winter Fellowship For?

Student leaders in their graduating year from any club or organization with an interest in exploring and developing their leadership skills from the lens of executive succession and journey out of student leader roles and into being a young alumni.
