The Troost ILead Winter Fellowship brings together graduating student leaders to support their transition into young alumni and provide tools for student group succession.
The Winter Fellows form a tight-knit community of leaders that support each other’s learning through workshops, discussions, speakers, hands-on work, and peer feedback.
Who Is The Winter Fellowship For?
Student leaders in their graduating year from any club or organization with an interest in exploring and developing their leadership skills from the lens of executive succession and journey out of student leader roles and into being a young alumni.

Program Format
The program will be delivered in person (on St George Campus) - Winter Fellows will meet once a week from 5 - 7 p.m. on Thursday evenings. The program will run from January 18 until February 15, 2024.
Participants can expect to spend 1-2 hours per week outside of sessions working on professional development readings/activities.
Application
Spaces are limited to 10-15 Fellows per cohort – registration will open November 13, 2023. Deadline to register will be January 10, 2024.
We will enthusiastically review all applications after the deadline (January 10). All applicants will be contacted by January 12 regarding program admission decisions.
