Start 2022 off by taking stock of what matters to you most! We are navigating collective conditions of prolonged uncertainty. This workshop will help you deepen your understanding of how we can cultivate resilience and joy in these existentially fraught times. Through lecture and group discussion, you will take stock of your life, refine clarity about your current priorities, and feel more resourced and inspired as you move into 2022.

Facilitator

Nicola Holmes, MEd is a Life Coach who helps people step into their joyful power, navigate change mindfully, and to realize their dreams. She has an MEd in Adult Education, worked in the non-profit sector for two decades, and her most recent training experiences have been with therapist Esther Perel and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute. Nicola is a mama of two who recently moved from Toronto to Peterborough, Ontario. www.nicolaholmes.ca
