Leading Others
Thursday, July 22, 12:00 – 1:00 pm EST
Leading others is one of the most challenging aspects of any job, and it’s not always a skill set that technical training prepares us for. Sometimes, opportunities to lead at Skule or work arise unexpectedly. You have a project to run or a team to guide. What do you do? Luckily, leading others involves skills that can be learned, practiced and refined.
Get the inside scoop from our panelists on:
- How to clarify your own vision and build shared vision that inspires your group or team to move forward;
- How to you inspire others to work towards a common purpose;
- How you can help your teammates contribute their best to any situation;
- How you can gain confidence to lead others.
