The job market is evolving which means it is time to evaluate your career exploration strategies and establish intentional next steps. Join us to connect, reflect, engage, and learn to:
- Be visible to the hidden job market, get referred, and uncover hiring opportunities in times of uncertainty
- Network and conduct ‘field research’ meetings using LinkedIn and Engineering CONNECT
- Reframe your story into professional vocabulary which strengthens your voice to pursue opportunities with your best self
- Create a Career Clarification Statement to increase hope, optimism and resilience to ‘bounce forward’ from uncertainty with clarity and confidence
About the Facilitator
Mark Franklin, MEd, PEng, is the practice leader of CareerCycles.com, co-founder of OneLifeTools.com, instructor of ILead’s course, Engineering Careers: Theories & Strategies to Manage your Career for the Future (TEP1030H) and Career Buzz podcast host.
