It can be difficult to work with other people when lots of different values, personalities, and backgrounds interact. When you think back to the team experiences you have already had, how did you behave in and fit into those situations?

Join us in this Leadership Lab where we will discuss setting up effective intercultural teams by reflecting on your values, and how they inform how your team resolves conflicts, distributes tasks, communicates, and makes decisions.

All engineering students at any level of study and English-language proficiency are welcome!
