We heard that you wanted to build your resiliency and focus on wellness. In this session you’ll have the opportunity to learn concrete skills that you can integrated into your days to help you to stay balanced, grow your-self compassion, and enhance your ability to bounce back and recover from challenges. Come connect with the community, and learn how to access a sense of vibrancy and wellness even in the face of uncertainty.
