Kristen has over a decade of experience working professionally in university student services and program delivery. She holds an Honours BA from the University of Guelph and a Masters of Education in Higher Education and Leadership from the University of Toronto. She got her start as a student leader and Residence Assistant at the University of Guelph during her undergraduate degree. After graduating, Kristen became a Residence Life Coordinator at Wilfrid Laurier University and University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC). In 2013, Kristen joined Student Life at UofT St George as the Student Life Coordinator, Campus Organizations. Kristen developed programs, supports, and services for student leaders of Recognized Student Organizations such as the ULead program, Presidents’ Retreat, and Start Ups Conference. Kristen is an enthusiastic community builder who is passionate about creating connections to help people realize their leadership potential. As an Engineering Leadership Education Specialist, Kristen is delighted to develop programming to specifically support Club and Design Team Leaders in their personal and organizational leadership development.
