Paula is thrilled to return to U of T as an Interim Leadership Educator, bringing with her two-decades of experience in teaching equitable leadership education and team dynamics that enable students to act within their respective organizations and groups to lead positive change and overcome challenges to build a better world. As a member of the Ontario College of Teachers and holding a Master of Education in Student Services and Student Development in Higher Education from OISE, Paula delivers ISTEP programs that reimage how engineers learn and lead, by integrating transdisciplinary competencies into engineering education.
Paula also is a Visual Artist and business owner where she creates commissioned watercolour and oil paintings that depict for others their beloved places, people and pets. She loves integrating her creative side into teaching leadership, where she performs live art drawing for learners to visualize key themes.
