Vivian is a Leadership Education Specialist at ISTEP. With a Master of Arts in Education from OISE and over a decade of experience in program design, curriculum development, community building, and youth engagement, she is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that help students grow as leaders. At ISTEP, Vivian supports FASE students to deepen their leadership learning, with a special focus on supporting the professional development of student club leaders.
Prior to joining the team, Vivian led the development and delivery of community-based programs and services for children, youth, and families across Canada. Drawing on her background in education and community engagement, she is committed to fostering inclusive learning environments where students can explore their strengths, build confidence, and develop the skills to create positive change. She believes that leadership is a lifelong learning journey and that everyone has the capacity to lead in ways that are authentic to who they are.
